Directions from I-26/Asheville Airport |

Take Interstate 26-West through Asheville and follow signs for Mars Hill, Marshall, and Weaverville Continue on Interstate 26-West (also called 19/23 North) to Hwy 25/70 (Marshall/Hot Springs exit) (there are two exits for Hwy 25/70- Take the 2nd exit, 19A to Marshall and Hot Springs) Continue on Hwy 25/70 (it will transition from 4 lane to 2 lane around 8-10 miles) After Hwy 25/70 turns into two lanes- you will enter into a more populated area. We are located on the Right side of Hwy 25/70- Country Places Realty (red and white sign) just before the Triangle Gas station on the left. |

Directions from Newport, TN |
You will want to take the first exit to Newport, Tennessee. Pass thru the town of Hot Springs, still on Hwy
25/70 and continue up the mountain to the 3rd stoplight you come to.
Country Places Realty is about 1/4 mile past, on the
left side of the road, just past the Triangle gas station on the right. This route is shorter than going in to Asheville and coming back to Madison Co. by way of I-26 or Hwy 19/23. It's very scenic, very curvy. |
